440 West 42nd Street is 55-story skyscraper currently under-construction in New York City. Ground was broken in 2007 and topping out occurred in early August 2010.[2] The building's height is 204 meters (668 feet). The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2011. 440 West 42nd Street will contain a hotel in the lower levels and residential space in the upper floors.
